Our first ever filter release is a Panamanian Gesha. Giovanna Boutet Saraceni runs her family’s farm, originally founded in 1914 by Antonio Sacareni. After harvest, the coffee is processed at the neighboring Lamastus Family Estates. Delicate and expressive, this coffee showcases the elegance Gesha is known for: layered florals, jasmine aromatics, and soft peach sweetness carried by a tea-like body and crisp finish.
