From the high elevations of Yirgacheffe’s Aricha village, this washed Ethiopian coffee offers a vibrant and elegant cup profile. Produced by hundreds of smallholder farmers and processed at the Adorsi washing station operated by the Yonis family, the coffee is carefully fermented, washed, and slowly dried on raised beds to highlight clarity and complexity.

Earl grey, mango, and lavender are balanced by a silky sweetness and clean finish, showcasing the classic character that has made Yirgacheffe one of Ethiopia’s most celebrated coffee regions.
